The EMAIL ADDRESS you use for the PayPal transaction is the email address to which we will send your vouchers.

How does this work?
You may purchase between 1 and 7 "vouchers" using the PayPal link above.  After purchasing the number of vouchers, you will receive an email from 3W Races within 48 hours.  (Vouchers will be emailed on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.) That email will contain your voucher codes equal to the number of vouchers you purchased. (Ex. 4 vouchers purchased means you will receive 4 codes). Each of those codes will have a value of $45.00 toward 3W Races owned race registrations.  They may not be used for merchandise purchases or redeemed for cash. You will need to keep the voucher codes for your records and redeem them online for any 3W Races owned events within one year of the purchase date.  You may keep the vouchers for yourself or send them to a friend.  If a race entry fee is more than $45.00, you will be required to pay the remaining balance through the registration process.  If you register for a race that is less than $45 the remaining balance will still be on your voucher and you can use it for another event.

Here are the 'rules':
Vouchers are valid only on 3W OWNED Races, may not be combined, no cash value, MUST be redeemed within one year from your purchase date.
Limit 7 vouchers per person.  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers or promotional codes.  Only 1 (one) voucher can be redeemed on each individual racer. Yes, you can use multiple vouchers for multiple racers.

Yes, you can use the codes to pay for races in 2025-2026 as long as registration is open for the event and you redeem the code by no later than midnight on 12/31/26.  Codes will NOT be honored on same-day race registrations at the event. All codes must be redeemed through our registration software online. All codes MUST be redeemed on-line. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There will be NO extensions on the expiration date of 12/31/26. There will be NO refunds for any reason. All sales are final and no transfers will be allowed. Once the voucher is used it will NOT be transferred to another race or another runner. All redemption and purchases are final. NO Cash Value.

The EMAIL ADDRESS you use for the PayPal transaction is the email address to which we will send your vouchers.

1.)    Can I give the codes as a gift?
Yes!  You will receive the codes via email and can distribute them however you like.

2.)    Can I use this code with other promotional discounts?
No, you can only redeem one promo code per race per participant.

3.)    Can I transfer my registration for a race to someone else since I can’t attend the race?
Yes, once you've signed up for an event, you may transfer distances, registrants, dates, etc following all regular 3W Races protocols.  (See our general FAQ page on how to accomplish transfers.)  You may incur additional fees based on the current pricing of the event into which you desire to transfer.

4.)    The race I want to register for is valued at less than $45.00, can I place the "remaining" amount towards another race?
Yes.  The voucher amount will deduct what you use and leave the balance for future use.

5.)    I accidentally registered for the wrong race with my voucher code can you transfer my registration?
You can complete transfers using the RunSignUp menu options.  See #3 above.
